Perhaps cars and art don’t quite form the obvious pairing but that didn’t stop the folks at Peugeot Singapore from partnering with local Graffiti Fine Artist, Ceno2, for an event that showed their support for the local art scene.
Titled ‘Peugeot x Art That Moves’, the two-day event on 25 and 26 July featured exclusive canvases from Ceno2, all of which were created by taking inspiration from four spiffy Peugeot models – namely the 308, 508, 3008 and 5008. Ceno2’s brand of art is not your typical graffiti work. His is, in fact, a brilliant blend of graffiti and Western fine art.
Besides graffiti art, visitors were also be treated to an interactive workshop by James T, owner of DANCEnMUSIC, a local DJ academy. Guests who have always wondered how DJs mixed music and spun the sickest beats at parties were given an introductory crash course into the art of mixing.
And that was not all. The kids got involved, indulging themselves in a spot of face painting while their parents checked out the various Peugeot cars on display, revelled in their sheer beauty and enjoyed some complimentary snacks and refreshments.
More than 400 guests showed up at the Peugeot showroom for this creative celebration. All enjoyed themselves thoroughly with an incredible day filled with cars, art, music and food.
