“Darren’s work as a service advisor is highly commendable. Even though I had walked in with a critical fault without appointment, he attended to me quickly. I had brought in my vehicle due to a AdBlue fault that almost couldn’t start my vehicle. It had happened over the weekend when all of Vantage’s service phones were down. Online appointment looking would also not work, as the nearest appointment was at least 10 days in advance. So Darren took time to understand nature of fault, estimating repair time of 2 days which was spot on. His correct estimation allowed me to make alternative transport arrangements without high costs.

 

During the repair, other faults were also rectified which I was not previously aware of. This would help to avoid future down time. Overall, another happy experience at Vantage.”

“Last week my car’s air con was not cooling and I called up my service advisor Joseph, regards to this issue, he told me that the evaporator and the compressor need to be replace and the time taken will be about 3 days and he did take the initiative as to help me book a time slot immediately cos if i will to book through the mobile app, I will have to wait for at least 2 weeks. I really appreciate of what he has done as this shows that he is flexible and knows to prioritize the urgent of the job. The whole job took them about 2 and a half days to complete which i am really impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the teams. “My vehicle servicing at AutoFrance was due in October 2017. As my usual CSA is not available, I looked around for recommendations on the FB page. I found out that a CSA named “Joseph Tan Chit King” kept on showing up. I proceeded to book for his service. When I showed up at AutoFrance, I was met with a very friendly and cheerful chap, it is Joseph. He was very patient allowing me to highlight some issues I faced with my vehicle. He listened attentively and made detailed notes on the servicing form. It was the first time I saw a CSA taking notes in front of me. I left my vehicle with him and went off. The good service doesn’t stop here. He was extremely prompt in contacting me to update me on the status of the vehicle.

The vehicle was gotten back at the end of the day, having most of the issues rectified, except for one issue pending parts delivery. I even changed my original windshield wipers after he managed to convince me with his good sales talk!

While waiting for the parts, Joseph updated me regularly rather than letting me wait in vain. When the parts arrived, I checked in my vehicle with Joseph last week. He called me every morning to update me on the status of my vehicle. It was a very tight timeline to meet with the New Year holiday season as I need the vehicle this week. Despite going overseas over the holiday, Joseph followed up with me on my case. The commitment level of his service really made me felt well treated. A prolonged parts replacement job turned out to be not so frustrating with such good services provided by the CSA.

I managed to collect my vehicle after 4 days. I was so surprised to get a follow up message from Joseph today. It was the first time I received such message from a CSA. When the vehicle has been returned to the owner, there is no obligation to follow up, but superb service from Joseph!

A great staff deserved to be recognized, hopefully he can get the recognition he deserved! Good job Joseph Tan Chit King! Kudos to Peugeot and AutoFrance for having such meticulous and helpful staff! Thumbs up!”

“I would like to share my recent experience with one of your customer service advisor (Kelven Ma). I recently bought a second-hand Galaxy (which was still under warranty) as my wife was expecting arrival of a twin baby girls. I came to the service center with much anxiety after being told by outside mechanic that the gearbox could be leaking. To make the matter worst, I have also been reading many accounts of unpleasant experience with Regent Motors service center. Upon my first visit, I was surprised by the pleasant and positive attitude of Kelven. I explained my situation to him that I am very bogged down by my wife’s pregnancy and will not be able come in and out of the service center to sort out car problem. Upon understanding my situation, Kelven offer to conduct a thorough inspection and had also scheduled a follow up inspection to ensure any issue will be identify and sorted out as soon as possible. During both visits, Kelven were accommodating to my timing, and was pro-active in updating the inspection outcome via Whatsapp to lessen my anxiety. He is also very knowledgeable and is able to explain in a layman term how the outside mechanic was wrong about the leaking gear box. He has also given me a great relief when he explained to me some “symptoms of problem” I experienced were actually normal behaviors of the car.

I walk in to Regent Motors with a gloomy outlook, doubting my decision in buying a Ford. But Kelven has totally changed my perception and now I am keen to continue to with another Ford after my current car COE expired. Please share this with the management and keep up the service standard.”

“I am a person who seldom write in to praise or compliment on the level of service I received. But the service and help I received from Ford Service Adviser Mr Kelven Ma can’t go un-notice. I was unable to start my 2015 Ford Mondeo yesterday morning, I message Kelven on the problem I faced and he promptly reply me even it is 7am in the morning before his working hour.

Not knowing I can engage Ford 24-hour assist, I called for my own tow truck before I called Kelven and was faced with a major problem when I reached RM. The tow truck does not have enough power to pull the Mondeo up the ram and was stuck in the middle of level 2 and level 3 blocking off all traffic. Kelven ran up the ram and brought me a booster and try to kick start the car but the attempt failed. He didn’t give up, although I can see him sweating heavily and panting, he still tried to assure me that he will try to solve it. Again, he ran up the ram and bring another booster, he also brought along some mechanics to help. This time the car managed to start and problem was solved. The sense of urgency shown by Kelven was Phenomenal, I couldn’t express my appreciation in words.

The day started badly for me but because of Kelven, I am thankful because without the car breaking down, I won’t get to see such a touching effort from Ford service adviser. Even the tow truck driver came over and told me, what a service that was and he don’t see that at other agent. This isn’t the first time I am impressed with Kelvin professional attitude, he always called back to ask if the car is ok when I send in my car for servicing. Thumbs up for Ford for hiring an adviser like Kelven, a rare employee and his attitude his will be one of the reason that I will recommend Ford to my friends.”

Andrew has been very helpful all the way, from the test drive to very prompt follow ups. Unlike horror stories about SCs where they choose to ignore your problems after the sales agreement have been signed, Andrew has been very helpful all the way when I went back to him with problems such as the stain on the moonroof cover.

Chris is the latest face of Peugeot I’ve had encounters with. Despite facing unreasonable customers (id seen how one raised his voice at Chris), he amazes me with how he continues to use a patient tone to address the other customer, then professionally tell me that my issues are being follow up on.

On dated 6th July 2017 was my first time meet your new customer service advisor Mr Nixon Tan, this day I send my car because both my front tyres were badly worn, when I described my car issue to him, I felt he was very patiently listen to me with a smile and he was very skillful could address very quickly my car issue and my expectation. After he checked my car condition, he explained very clearly what had happened to my car and what are the parts needed to replace. He even work extra mile to explain why these parts need to replace very clearly to me till I understood.

I was very delighted all his way of services even after I collected my car.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks you and appreciated to him and his mechanic team efforts to deliver an excellent services that I had experienced .His positive attitude in his works and care for the customer really impressed me.

“Did my car servicing over the weekend where I specifically selected Bernard as my CSO. He was the only CSO who left a deep impression for the impressive customer service I received there when I had my car servicing with Quicklane for my previous vehicle. When his name was one of the CSO I can select from the Peugeot online service appointment, it was an obvious choice.

He was very patient in explaining all the warranty coverage for my Peugeot which I was uncertain of, and assured that my vehicle is in good hands. While I waited at the lounge area for the servicing to be completed, he approached me and said that his engineer has found some issues. As Saturday was a half working day for the staff, he said i might have to come back on a weekday for the repair. Nevertheless, he still asked the engineer to try to repair within the short time frame.

Of course when I receive back my vehicle at the end of the half working day, the issues were fully rectified. Thanks Bernard for the coordination in ensuring the repair works finish during my servicing period, else I have to make a 2nd trip down to Peugeot again. A much smoother ride after the servicing! Great job!

I would like to commend Mr Lee Chew Chuan from the motor insurance claim department for his outstanding service. He was very helpful in his advice on 12 October. As my rear windscreen is damaged and I still need my car for the next day, he went the extra mile to remove the glass debris and damaged windscreen and made a makeshift cover to enable me to drive.

This is a letter of compliment for my CSO Mr Bernard. He went out of his way to go the extra mile. Literally. It all began in the morning, when I texted Bernard to request for an unscheduled visit to service centre. Instead of declining me, he accepted right away (despite the fully booked schedule which I found out from the TV screen on arrival) and made arrangements for me.

I was kept updated throughout the day on the status, and was informed to collect my vehicle and car keys from the guard house after work. When I arrived, the guard couldn’t locate my keys and I called Bernard. This was at 1130pm, on a rainy day, way beyond office hours, when Bernard returned to service centre to retrieve my keys. It’s the human touch, simple yet so often missing in the world we live in today, that will go a long way in providing great customer satisfaction. My heartfelt thanks to Bernard again.

I take great pleasure and time in putting up this letter of commendation to Mr. Kenson GOH Yi Quan, customer service advisor at Peugeot Alexandra. I have been a long client of Peugeot over 11 years. Each time, I have been well served.

However, with my recent visits to the Centre dated 11th, 14th, 18th -21st January 2016, have STOOD out SIGNIFICANTLY. I was being referred to Mr Kenson GOH as my service advisor. Mr GOH took great effort and patience in explaining the normal procedures and matters of the car. One knows he does this every day. Nothing is new…the procedures of car maintenance and servicing do not vary very much with each car.

But it was the way he managed his job, the way he took time to explain and take calls, and to return every call. And he wrote well and had great fluency in his written language. There was a politeness and formality in which he spoke and wrote which were outstanding. This I have to HIGHLIGHT, which I have not experienced in my visits.

Above all, his personal interest in his work – his clients, his initiative and how he carried himself, the way he spoke had much tact and knowledge which are praiseworthy. Mr GOH knows what it means to be in the service industry and he does it with a lot of pride. With this, I like the management to know of his personality and work ethics. These are assets to the organization of much esteem. And I feel it is important for any senior management to acknowledge the work by the very sincere employees who are the ground pillars. They are important.

I wish that, with this letter of commendation that Mr GOH be acknowledged for his work and ethics , be given a chance , and be considered for any job opportunity that will help him grow further, explore his abilities where he can continue to do the company proud. And do well.

I am very pleased to write this letter of commendation for Jayden Zheng.

Even though Jayden was nursing a sore throat (which he was very apologetic about) he maintained a very pleasant and polite attitude throughout his time with us. He gave us sufficient personal space to look at the car in details ourselves without being intrusive but always staying close enough to approach and attend to us whenever we had any questions or need assistance.

Jayden paid great attention to all of our questions and took great care and effort to ensure any doubts that we have were all answered. Such exemplary service level continues even after we left the showroom. All my phone messages to Jayden were promptly replied to and mind you there are numerous of them and often at odd hours of the day.

While the Mondeo is an excellent car on its own merit, I have no qualms to say that Jayden is the deciding factor for us to confirm the Mondeo as our choice car. Simply put, his genuine warmth and excellent customer centric service sealed the deal for us. The proof of the pudding comes after we signed the sales agreement on 24 July 2015.

While I was half expecting his service level to drop taking into consideration that he has ‘closed’ the deal with us, I was pleasantly proven wrong. Not only did he maintain his already high service level, he frequently over delivers on what he commits. A good example to illustrate this is the lightning speed in which I can collect my car after the COE is secured. Jayden shared that the norm for car collection is about 14 working days after securing the COE. Guess what, he managed to get mine ready in an unbelievable 4 working days!

With Jayden, there isn’t a moment where I felt he wasn’t on top of the situation. He promptly kept me updated at various stage of the process, accede to lat minute requests with a smile, handled minor issue with calmness and take responsibility to sort them out, ensure everything goes smoothly with great professional commitment and more importantly protect my interest as a customer as if it is his own.

Lee was very patient and he understands that I need the car for my work. He took the initiative to follow up closely with the other party’s insurance to confirm the go ahead for third party claim. In addition, with his experience, he has the hindsight to order parts for my car early so that my repair can start immediately. Without his close supervision with the other party insurance and parts ordering, I will not be able to get back my car today.
