I had brought in my vehicle due to a AdBlue fault that almost couldn’t start my vehicle. It had happened over the weekend when all of Vantage’s service phones were down. Online appointment looking would also not work, as the nearest appointment was at least 10 days in advance. So Darren took time to understand nature of fault, estimating repair time of 2 days which was spot on. His correct estimation allowed me to make alternative transport arrangements without high costs.
During the repair, other faults were also rectified which I was not previously aware of. This would help to avoid future down time. Overall, another happy experience at Vantage.”
