“I would like to express my sincere heartfelt thanks to Mohd Nasir who was the Service Advisor. He went into every detail to explain the servicing that will be carried out and also recommended me to the various service packages and also advised that my car would need polishing. After sending my vehicle for servicing, I had to go for my medical appointment and during my appointment it was discovered that my BP was high and I was referred to A&E. I messaged Nasir and explained that I would not be able to collect the car that day. He assured me that I can collect my car the next day but what was heartening is that he messaged me periodically to check on my health. It was indeed very concern and caring of him to do that. In fact during my 1st Servicing in Ubi, he too was the Service Advisor and was happy to see him here at Alexandra. We need more people like him in the Service Industry. Hope Nasir’s actions will be well rewarded.”
