“I appreciate the customer service arm for actually following up. This comes as a surprise when most surveys I’ve done simply did not have any replies. Anyway, first of all, please let me commend these two personnel for their customer oriented service. It is with staff like them that the customer service serves as an important edge over your competitors. They are Andrew (sales consultant) and Chris (aftersales customer service).

Andrew has been very helpful all the way, from the test drive to very prompt follow ups. Unlike horror stories about SCs where they choose to ignore your problems after the sales agreement have been signed, Andrew has been very helpful all the way when I went back to him with problems such as the stain on the moonroof cover.

Chris is the latest face of Peugeot I’ve had encounters with. Despite facing unreasonable customers (id seen how one raised his voice at Chris), he amazes me with how he continues to use a patient tone to address the other customer, then professionally tell me that my issues are being follow up on.
