“I would like to compliment Hock Seng and Max (aftersales) for their excellent customer service. I collected my car with damaged paint work on driver’s door. PDI was not done thoroughly. In addition, the aftermarket in car dash cam failed after few hours upon delivery. Despite having sent the car in for a second time to check the cam, it failed. Both Hock Seng and Max, tried their best to make arrangements for recovery works to the best of their ability and delivered excellent customer service in their timely response to my queries even during after business hours. I sincerely thank them both.”
