“I am Mr Wee the car owner of SDEXXXXB , I am a loyalty customer of Quick Lane since 2013.

This month July 2017, I send my car to Quick Lane for two services, one was repair work dated 6th of July and one was maintenance service dated 13th of July.

On dated 6th July 2017 was my first time meet your new customer service advisor Mr Nixon Tan, this day I send my car because both my front tyres were badly worn, when I described my car issue to him, I felt he was very patiently listen to me with a smile and he was very skillful could address very quickly my car issue and my expectation. After he checked my car condition, he explained very clearly what had happened to my car and what are the parts needed to replace. He even work extra mile to explain why these parts need to replace very clearly to me till I understood.

I was very delighted all his way of services even after I collected my car.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks you and appreciated to him and his mechanic team efforts to deliver an excellent services that I had experienced .His positive attitude in his works and care for the customer really impressed me.

I believed he deserved a commendation from me as a customer. I would said keep its up! Mr Nixon Tan in your work passion and the care for all your customers. Last but not least I would said he is not just an employee of Sime Darby/Quick Lane, he is an asset to the company. I strongly believed giving time he will grow Quick Lane service to another level of new height.”
