“I have been a loyal Ford car owner (current car being the 4th). Unfortunately, my initial experience of getting my current car was not very pleasant; lots of car issues, started just a couple of months after I collected my keys to the brand new car. Maybe it might be due to the car being from the first batch? In any case, the experience caused me to lose all confidence in Regent Motors and owning another Ford car again.

But working with my latest supervisor, Justin Guo, I was reminded once again why I chose Ford. Hope there will be more supervisors at Regent Motors who will be as dedicated to their job and show initiative for their customers as much as Justin. Good after sales service always make a whole lot of difference.”
