Regent Motors Recognized for Excellence in Ford Motor Company’s 2013 World Cup Sales & Service Competition 

Christopher Joy Licup and Cindy Tay of Regent Motors, Ford’s exclusive dealer partner in Singapore, recently won second place for Best Service Advisor and third place for Best Sales Consultant, respectively, in Ford’s 2013 World Cup Sales & Service competition in the Asia Pacific region. Ford’s annual worldwide contest rewards dealers’ most accomplished sales & service advisors, parts counterpersons and technicians for their knowledge and skills.

Competitions were held across Ford’s Emerging Markets Group dealerships in the last couple months. Regent Motors representatives demonstrated their expertise at the dealership before advancing to the regional competition in Pattaya, Thailand on December 14-15, 2013.

“I am delighted that my team had an opportunity to compete in this regional competition,” said PC Koh, Sales Manager, Regent Motors. “I know we have some of the best sales & service personnel in Singapore, and I am thrilled Cindy’s and Christopher’s skills were recognized.”

“This is a great event on multiple levels,” said Patrick O’Neill, Sales & Services Manager, Ford Emerging Markets Group, Asia Pacific. “It serves as an incentive to help sharpen the knowledge and skills of our Sales & Service Advisers, Parts Counterpersons and Technicians while encouraging them to better share their passion for Ford with customers.”
